What the job involves
If you let a property in Greater Manchester with gas appliances, the law requires a safety check on every gas appliance and flue every 12 months, carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Nelson Plumbing & Heating carries out landlord gas safety checks and issues the CP12 (the Landlord Gas Safety Record) across Greater Manchester and Greater Manchester, for single properties or a whole portfolio. We arrange access around your tenant, keep clear records, and can remind you before the next one falls due.
