What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and whatever you tell us about the job. If you arrive from an advert we also record the click identifier so we know which advert brought you here.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, quote for the work, carry it out, and keep the records we are legally required to keep for gas work. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except the suppliers we need to use to deliver the job.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Gas safety records and certificates are kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@nelsonplumbing.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
